Positive: 備品充足。。地點方便。
Negative: 一開始 under sink foodwaste disposer 無法運轉，經過溝通嘗試幾種處理方式，終於靠自己修好。溝通即時無礙，但是客人入住前應該先確認屋況才是。

Excellent.
Positive: This is a very nice and spacious apartment in a great location. Host was very responsive and check-in was easy. Will try to stay here again next time we are in town.
